Medical officers working in the Hospital/Institution mentioned in Column no. 3 who would be competent to issue certificate of disability.

(i) Locomotor disability by way only of amputation complete permanent paralysis of limbs, (ii) Blindness

(iii)Multiple Disabilities relating to Orthopaedics, Medicine, Eye and ENT.
